Context
A production product UI for working with an AI runtime: not a demo, but a documented, secured, deployable system with a real separation between user-facing app and model runtime.
Build
The monorepo splits into apps (web, api, runtime) and packages (db, domain, gateway, shared) so the boundary between product and model stays explicit.
Security and deployment are documented as first-class artifacts — a habit from shipping infrastructure, not scripts.
